In Arabic, “bint” is daughter/girl and “bandora” is tomato. It’s derived from a nickname they had growing up.
Who is “Bint Bandora”?
Bint Bandora is a Palestinian-American artist. They found artistic inspiration early on from their ancestral roots. Despite being far from the Homeland, they see their art as a bridge connecting themselves to Palestine and its People. They hope to use their creativity to inspire conversation and action for Palestine and as a reminder that Liberation is coming.
